If the SSN in USA Staffing is incorrect, follow the steps here to correct the 911 error. For the 999 error, if you confirm the document(s) are already present in the new hire's eOPF, please follow up directly with eOPF regarding the transmission receipt by submitting a ticket to the eOPF Help Desk at eopfhelpdesk@eopf.opm.gov. If the document(s) are not reflected in the New Hire’s eOPF, please submit a Help Desk ticket to the USA Staffing Help Desk for further assistance. |
